Security Officers are monitored using an innovative electronic patrol management system. This gives a real-time view of officer patrols throughout the shift. We also monitor the team's performance with regular review meetings. This gives our officers a platform to voice both positive and negative feedback on their roles, something we feel is invaluable in improving standards for both staff welfare and service to our clients.

It’s standard practice for our staff to produce daily reports, these reports are tailor-made to capture information that is relevant to each individual client and their specific needs.
